LMRV is hiring a Technician Helper. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and willing to learn.

Under coaching of a Senior Technician, assist in repairs of coach and appliance-related problems in RVs within dealership and manufacturer quality and time standards.

• Performs repairs as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory time allowances and standards.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction.
• Examines vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advises service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be made or if estimate is not accurate.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts availability and price.
• Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Road tests vehicle when required or refers to test technician.
• Documents work performed and recommended on the repair order.

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
