Installer Supervisor Alburquerque, NM What are we looking for
At Stone Systems () we are looking for an Installer Supervisor for our shop located in Alburquerque, NM, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects.
What you will doThe Install Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation of custom‑made countertops to customers and work order specifications. This position also administrates and supervises the tasks of application installation workers and associates in the company.
Job Expectations- Ability to lead the team to complete a given project
- Plan and schedule install crew per project
- Random inspection of install crews
- Site walk‑through and planning for the installation process
- Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled projects
- Instruct crews on the proper use of materials and quality
- Reviewing integration documents to ensure documentation is accurate
- Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by installation
- Minor job repairs when needed
- Collaboration with and managing workflow with Fabrication Leads
- Day‑to‑day communication with clients and vendors regarding the installation process
- Scheduling internal and external project team meetings – as needed
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
Required: 2+ years of relevant work experience
Desired: 1+ year(s) of work experience in the stone industry
Required: High School Diploma/GED
KnowledgeRequired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
SkillsRequired: Ability to multi‑task and work in an extremely fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to use power tools effectively
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

The company is part of the Cosentino group (), a dependable and reliable stone surface manufacturer with over 70 years of experience in the natural stone industry.
Wage RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for a Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short‑term and Long‑term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Paid Time OffVacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full‑time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
