Experienced Field Copier/Printer Technician

We re looking for experienced Field Copier/Printer Technicians who takes pride in solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and working independently. What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you ll be trusted to manage your own territory while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, production devices, and related office equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, reliable service.
• Manage your daily schedule, service calls, and parts inventory efficiently.
• Work closely with our experienced service team to resolve challenging issues.

What We re Looking For

We want technicians who enjoy working in the field and take pride in doing the job right.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Kyocera, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, or similar office equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking and computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service territory.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.

Manufacturer certifications are a plus but are not required.
