At Adelante, our Maintenance Technicians play an important role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for the people we serve. From repairing buildings and maintaining equipment to helping with special projects, your work will directly support our mission and the employees and communities that depend on us.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and minor remodeling projects.
Performing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
Completing landscaping and general grounds maintenance.
Completing work orders and documenting completed work.
Helping move materials, equipment, and supplies.
Participating in an on-call rotation.

Other Information/Requirements:

High Diploma or GED (required)
Post high school training or certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry (preferred)
Two (2) year general maintenance.
One (1) year experience driving oversized truck/vans.
Strong organizational, written, problem solving, verbal communication and time management skills.
