Are you an experienced electrician skilled in precision fabrication and assembly? APIC Solutions, a leading electrical and low voltage construction contractor, is hiring 2 Pre-Fab Journeymen to join our growing Pre-Fab department in Albuquerque. In this critical role, you'll fabricate high-quality electrical assemblies and components in a controlled warehouse environment, using specialized tools and equipment to support our field installation teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven electrician to work in a stable, temperature-controlled setting while contributing directly to project success.
Hourly Rate: $30 - $34/hour (based on experience)

Temperature-Controlled Warehouse Environment
- Fabricate electrical assemblies and components for field installation using precision techniques
- Operate hydraulic and electric conduit benders, pipe threaders, and specialized electrical fabrication tools with proficiency
- Perform high-quality electrical assembly work that meets industry standards and company specifications
- Fabricate components in our warehouse environment, which is temperature-controlled and equipped with modern equipment
- Ensure all fabricated work meets quality standards, code requirements, and project specifications
- Operate and maintain hydraulic and electric conduit benders
- Use pipe threading equipment and other specialized electrical fabrication tools
- Operate forklifts to move materials and components safely and efficiently
- Maintain and properly store all equipment and tools
- Maintain safe and professional work practices at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Handle electrical materials and components with proper care and attention to detail
- Work independently and as part of a fabrication team to meet production schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work effectively with your fabrication team and field installation crews
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding production status, challenges, and completed work
- Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency

Requirements
Required Qualifications- Journeyman Electrician License (EE98J) – Must hold or be willing to obtain in New Mexico
- Solid electrical tool and material knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with a driven, motivated attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Maintains a safe and professional workmanship standard
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience with hydraulic and electric conduit benders
- Background in precision fabrication or assembly
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical construction
- Carpentry or related mechanical skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a warehouse/fabrication environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
