As a Commercial HVAC Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial & Industrial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service and leadership on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, delivering high-quality work, and maintaining strong production performance. This role also includes providing guidance and direction to helpers and less experienced team members.
Job Requirements- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform installations, service work, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing
- Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily
- Valid HVAC Journeyman License (required)
- EPA Certification (required)
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
$30 - $38 (hourly)
