Repair furniture on-site in customers' homes and in Ashley facilities with minimal guidance;
Perform upholstery, leather repairs and wood refinishing as part of entry-level repairs;
Inspect damaged products and determine repair feasibility and approach;
Keep repair areas and vehicles clean and organized; report tool/parts needs;
Follow safety regulations and drive company vehicles in adherence to driving policies
