Commercial Roofing Service Roofer

Progressive Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Roofer to perform inspections, leak repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial, institutional, retail, and government facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing roof issues, completing quality repairs on single-ply, built-up, and metal systems, and following strict OSHA safety standards. You'll work in a hands-on, team-focused environment that emphasizes training, accountability, and craftsmanship. This role offers exposure to advanced roofing systems and clear growth paths into lead, supervisory, or project management positions within a respected national contractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
• Identify leaks, defects, and safety hazards; recommend corrective actions
• Safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and roof access equipment
• Install and repair single-ply, built-up, metal, and other commercial systems
• Apply sealants, flashing, and waterproofing materials to manufacturer specs
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and use required PPEWork closely with foremen and crew to complete service orders on time
• Communicate job status, material needs, and site conditions to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company tools/vehicles
• Document work performed with photos and service reports
