OSO Communications Inc is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM! • Oversee and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities
• Supervise, train, and mentor field technicians to ensure quality workmanship
• Conduct site inspections and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies on all job sites
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands‑on support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, crew performance, and project progress

• Proven experience in a field supervisor or crew lead role, preferably in communications or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications, cabling, or related field operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, or work orders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of job site safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
