$27-$42/hour depending on experience + bonuses

Full-Time | Albuquerque, NM Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime Available

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC design and installation
• Knowledge of electrical, gas, refrigerant, and low-voltage systems
• Ability to apply residential HVAC codes and safety standards
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills

What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and cooling systems to company standards
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and refrigerant lines
• Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently
• Test and balance systems for proper operation
• Mentor and assist junior installers as needed
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
