Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.

• High School Diploma or Equivalency, required.
• 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience; personal tools and3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
• Passion for teamwork and training.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

• Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team.
• Abide by current industry practices, processes,and procedures with personal and/ or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/ or vehicle.
• Pre-Install.
• Install.
• Post-Install.

$20.00-$25.00/hr. non-exempt training rate, flat rate after training.

• Unpaid .5-hour meal break
• Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
