The Metal Finisher will have the ability to fabricate, measure and install metal wall panels and trims with precision. Their duties can vary depending on the type of installation being done.

Duties & Responsibilities- Measure, cut, and finish metal panels and trims
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Collaborate with the installation team for efficient, safe work
- Ensure quality control and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials, tools, or supplies.
- Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coating.
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, or stairs.
- Install prefabricated building components.
- Install siding or sheeting.
- Move or fit heavy objects.
- Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Keeping up to date with industry standard processes or techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication or cladding
- Ability to work at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically able to do the required work; stamina.
- Comply with OSHA and Company rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of basic reading & writing skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Able to lift 100 lbs.
- Team player with a positive work ethic.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire criminal background check & drug screening.
