Overview
The Hospice Community Liaison at Corus Hospice is not a traditional sales role. It’s a human one. This position exists to center every conversation on the patient as an individual—their story, their values, their fears, and what matters most to them right now. As a Community Liaison, you help families, physicians, and care teams recognize when comfort, dignity, and presence are the right next step and you walk alongside them as they find clarity.
In this role, you are often the first calm voice in a moment of uncertainty. You translate complexity into understanding. You help families feel less alone. You ensure that patients are seen not as diagnoses, but as people deserving of peace, respect, and personalized care. At Corus, and across the CareM family, our mission is simple and deeply human: to bring out the courage in others.
As a Community Liaison, you live that mission every day. You serve as a trusted bridge between the clinical world and the lived experience of patients and families, helping everyone involved move forward with confidence and compassion. This is a role for someone who listens deeply, communicates honestly, and believes that the right care, at the right time, can change the entire experience of the end of life, not just for the patient, but for everyone who loves them.
