Probation Support Technician

Probation Support Technicians work directly with United States Probation Officers in the Pretrial and Post‐conviction units.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• General experience in clerical, office, or related work indicating possession or ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for the position
• College education of at least two semesters may substitute for general experience
• Good multi‑tasking skills and strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills
• Team‑player and flexible in a changing environment
• Strong computer skills, utilizing word processing and database applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice good work ethics
