Most of our PTs came from outpatient ortho and learned through our hands‑on mentorship and training program.

• Create individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and work‑related injuries
• Deliver functional rehab and work conditioning programs

• Collaborate with a highly engaged orthopedic rehab team

• DPT, MPT, or PT degree
• Active PT license
• Positive, growth‑minded attitude
• Strong orthopedic foundation
• Desire to learn and grow
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Workers’ Compensation experience is NOT required. If you’re coming from ortho, sports medicine, or outpatient PT, we’ll train you.

Pay range: 35 – 60 USD per hour (SF). 35 – 60 USD per hour (ABQ).
