About the role

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this part-time, hybrid role, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.

Grades:
Elementary – High School Setting:
On-site or hybrid in Alamo What you'll do Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines

What we're looking for Active New Mexico certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license

Preferred:
Experience working with elementary through high school students

Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills

Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery

Commitment to student success and well-being
