Bernalillo County is seeking a Community Case Manager to provide case management and counseling services to assigned clients in residential, community-based, and jail-based settings, coordinating referrals to treatment, healthcare, legal, and social services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field and at least one year of work experience in criminal justice, social work, counseling, or a related field.
LSAA is preferred.
