Bernalillo County is seeking a Housing Program Assistant I to support the rental housing subsidy program at 2400 Wellesley Dr NE. You will interview applicants, issue vouchers, and maintain related records under supervision.
Responsibilities include coordinating with fiscal staff on deposits, potentially inspecting units, and explaining Section Eight standards to applicants, landlords and tenants. You will keep tenant files current and perform other duties as needed.
