Salesforce Lead​/Senior Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, CPQ, Salesforce Contracts, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead the development of custom business functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems utilizing APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations for complex business requirements.
• Configure and support Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, security models, and automation processes.
• Design, develop, and support customer-facing Experience Cloud portals and related digital experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes through platform configuration and custom development.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and platform issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support production deployments, release management activities, and ongoing production support.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, integration specifications, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, development processes, automation capabilities, and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, emerging technologies, Agent Force capabilities, and industry best practices.

• Customarily has at least 5 years of experience developing Salesforce applications and enterprise solutions.
• Experience working within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and Experience Cloud environments.
• Experience developing custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform automation capabilities.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Experience participating in solution design and technical architecture discussions.
• Experience supporting Agile software development methodologies and delivery practices.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and supporting project delivery activities.
• Experience supporting production environments, release management, and application support functions.
• Experience with React development and modern web technologies preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or related certifications preferred.
