Senior .NET Developer​/Technical Lead – IBM FileNet, AWS, Oracle

We are hiring a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead for a Big 4 consulting client in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on .NET/C# development, IBM File Net, Oracle, and AWS experience, along with technical leadership and Agile delivery experience.

This is a client-facing, onsite role requiring daily presence in Albuquerque, NM. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days/week

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an Agile delivery team, provide technical direction, and drive high-quality application delivery.

The individual will work closely with developers, architects, product teams, QA, and operations while contributing directly to solution design and development.

• Lead and mentor software developers and establish coding standards and development best practices.
• Provide hands-on development using .NET/C#.
• Drive technical design and implementation decisions.
• Work with IBM File Net within enterprise application environments.
• Design and develop POCs to validate technical approaches and reduce delivery risk.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and support team delivery.
• Develop and support applications running on AWS.
• Work with Oracle databases and enterprise data integrations.
• Prepare solution options, technical tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Present technical solutions to architecture/governance teams and Technical Review Boards.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams throughout the SDLC.

• Strong hands-on C# / .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core development experience
• Hands-on IBM File Net experience

This position requires onsite work Monday through Friday in Albuquerque, NM.
