i9 Sports® is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Baseball Assistant to help us create unforgettable youth sports experiences right here in Lubbock, TX!

• Assist the Head Coach in leading fun, organized baseball practices and game‑day activities.
• Teach fundamental skills in a positive, encouraging way.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑energy environment.
• Set up and break down fields and equipment.
• Be a role model on and off the field.

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Passion for baseball and working with kids.
• Ability to lead by example and encourage sportsmanship.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability (league play days).
• Prior coaching or playing experience is a plus (but not required).

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
