Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize safety for you and customers; arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Provide a friendly demeanor; greet guests, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards in work areas including the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow dress and grooming standards; adhere to uniform policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed; use suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and contribute to team effectiveness.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law; keep an updated copy of insurance policy with your name applied.
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
