RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.
• Control traffic flow.
• Provide outstanding service and protection to customers.
• Receive continuous development and guidance.
• Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents by enforcing safe work practices.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and create new business opportunities.
• Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup, design, and professional flagging.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

• Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting (Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator).
• 2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate.
• Familiarity with a client-based schedule.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Steel‑toed or composite‑toed boots.
• Comfortable standing 8‑12 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 50‑60 lbs.
• Accustomed to working in all types of weather and in traffic.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening including drug test.

• Valid NM Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Competitive Pay Range: $18.00 – $18.25 hourly pay based on experience.
