As a CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role at RNDC by ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to collect non-cash payments as necessary, contributing to the financial transactions associated with the deliveries.

• Properly conduct a pre and post trip inspection, noting any vehicle defects. Abide by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for your license type.
• The potential for dedicated overnight routes exists.
• Accurately deliver invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand‑stack from the delivery truck and place said merchandise into customer accounts.
• Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtain customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.
• Ensure physical security of the truck at all times.
• Deliver to approximately 19 accounts daily; may deliver up to 30 accounts during times of increased account activity.
• Cover approximately 160 miles daily, with occasional increases to 200–300 miles during peak activity or out‑of‑town routes.
• Possibility to work with one or more helpers.
• Provide feedback to transportation management regarding route changes or concerns.
• May utilize a smartphone for interaction with hours of service (HOS) software and/or driver monitoring programs.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Preferably two years of delivery experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Requires a current Class B CDL driver's license (Class A CDL also allowed and may be required for certain positions); ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Must obtain a valid DOT medical certification card and file appropriately with the state Motor Vehicle Department.
• ABC License, as required by the state.
