Drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and unload food and food-related products to customers on intrastate and interstate routes, following DOT regulations;
Perform pre/post trip inspections and ensure equipment meets safety standards; report safety issues and repairs as needed;
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers; maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer signatures;
Load/unload freight, secure freight, and manage any required paperwork and invoicing; collect payments when applicable;
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the tractor, trailer, and loading area, and complete hours-of-service logs as required
