The operation is designed around route familiarity. Rather than sending drivers to constantly changing locations, dispatch works to keep freight moving through repeat lanes whenever possible. This allows drivers to become comfortable with their operating area while reducing unnecessary route changes from week to week.
Loads are planned ahead to create smooth transitions between deliveries, helping drivers stay productive and minimizing downtime between assignments.
Freight & MilesFreight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads with a high percentage of drop-and-hook freight. This helps reduce time spent waiting at customer facilities and allows drivers to maximize available drive time.
Drivers generally average 2,700 to 3,000 miles per week. The combination of established freight lanes and consistent customer demand helps maintain dependable mileage throughout the year while supporting strong weekly earnings.
Home TimeDrivers receive a full 48-hour reset every week. The structured regional operation provides dependable home time without sacrificing productivity on the road. Consistent freight planning makes it easier to anticipate schedules and plan personal time with confidence.
This position offers an excellent balance between earning potential and regular time at home.
