Job Description
Spear D Construction is seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. We take pride in delivering excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Transport materials, equipment, or goods to designated locations on schedule
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (depending on position)
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checkn
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to [weight] pounds if required
- Good communication and time-management skills
