Position OverviewAs a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

- Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
- Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
- Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Participate in required DOT and company training
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
