You’ll be a key player on our warehouse team, moving, managing, and delivering products efficiently and safely. Your work will involve loading trailers, picking orders, leading associates, and maintaining a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including at least 2 years of experience using an electric pallet jack.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.

• Comfortability working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• At least 2 years of experience using an electric pallet jack.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with a voice‑directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: –5 °F to 38 °F).
• Primarily a 5‑day work week starting at 8:00 AM.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Physically active role involving repetitive lifting up to 50 + lbs. and standing on your feet 85 % of the workday or walking for extended periods.

• Pay: $20.26 /hr.
