Warehouse Warming Associate

Overview

Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States.

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly – from receiving goods to shipping orders on time.

• Safely operate material handling equipment: need 2yrs of experience using Electric Pallet Jack
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• 2yrs of Electrical Pallet Jack experience
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting and documentation
• Use of voice‑directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: –5°F to 38°F)
• Shift: Primarily a 5‑day work week, starting at 8:00 AM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing on your feet 85% of the workday/walking for extended periods

• Pay: $20.26/hr.
