You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your work will keep the supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

• Safely operate material handling equipment (2 years of experience with an electric pallet jack)
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• 2 years of experience with an electric pallet jack
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Experience with a voice‑directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners (preferred)

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: –5 °F to 38 °F)
• Shift: Primarily a 4‑day work week, starting at 6:00 AM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 + lbs and extended standing/walking

• Pay: $20.26 per hour
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
