Lot Operations Attendant - Albuquerque

As a Lot Operations Attendant, you are the backbone of our daily auction logistics. This role is essential for keeping our yard organized, safe, and efficient. You will spend your day behind the wheel and on your feet, ensuring vehicles are staged correctly so our operations run smoothly. In this role, success is defined by your reliability and your attention to detail. You will be responsible for the seamless movement of vehicles throughout the facility.

• Daily Tasks: You will drive a variety of vehicles, including electric models, from staging areas to auction lanes. You will maintain the order of the lot by parking vehicles precisely and following safety protocols.
• Long-Term Impact: Over time, you will become an expert in our lot layout, helping the team improve throughput on auction days. High-performing individuals who demonstrate consistency, safety, and reliability are often considered for permanent, long-term opportunities with our organization.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• The physical ability to walk long distances throughout the day, working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance, as our operations depend on a consistent crew showing up on time every day.
• Willingness to complete a background check and a drug screen (please note that our testing process is THC-friendly and does not screen for THC).

• Prior experience in a warehouse, automotive, or logistics environment.
• Confidence operating various types of vehicles.
• Experience working in outdoor, high-traffic environments.

• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Payment Frequency: Weekly pay.
