Warehouse Associate - Order Selectors

Job Description

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

• Earn between $20 - $33/hr on piece pay after training.
• Training pay is $18/hr, up to 2 weeks.
• Training schedule:
  Sunday – Thursday, start time 8 pm.
• After training, shift moves to Sunday – Thursday, 3 pm until finished.

• Retrieve product, stack orders for delivery, and monitor inventory levels.
• Direct, stock, select, and replenish products.
• Retrieve product in accordance with printed customer orders and pack products.
• Restock order selection zones as necessary and consolidate merchandise; stack orders securely according to delivery route sequence.
• Apply shipping s and complete paperwork related to inventory processes.
• Maintain an orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Record materials and inventory levels.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area safety and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• 6+ months of electric pallet experience.
• Ability to work scheduled / assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, replenish product from various heights, weighing between 10–35 pounds, and generally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain certification in forklift operation and electrical‑pallet jack.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

USD $20.00 – $33.00 per hour.
