POSITION SUMMARY
Monday-Friday schedule with varying start times beginning as early as 6am, working until the shift is completed. Rotating Saturdays may apply. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Position located at Residence Inn Marriott Albuquerque Airport, 2301 International Ave, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Work with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Dynamic handling for stacks up to 25 feet tall, working safely at those heights while operating equipment.
- Be on the move, willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call depending on business needs.

Employees must qualify physically to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) requires team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL).
All equipment provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. Work environment may expose employees to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Noise level is usually moderate. Fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants are present.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures. - Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
