It is a professional services provider specializing in the delivery of Intelligence Operations and Cyber Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) & other U.S. Government agencies.
As an Inventory/Warehouseman the primary role is to support shipping and receiving of electronic equipment parts and supplies, warehouse maintenance, upkeep, and inventories. Key duties include shipping, receiving, stocking, storage, inventory selection, and related tasks outlined below.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain various regular inventory and/or shipping reports for management, and authorize and/or reject shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Package, ship, and receive equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Maintain inventory of warehouse packing and shipping supplies.
- Perform RMA backlog maintenance.
- Perform data entry into the Maintenance and Inventory Management System.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track inventory of equipment and parts.
- Track and complete status follow‑up for overnight shipments.
- Perform material inspection and log entries upon receipt, in accordance with acceptance procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Stock parts and supplies and perform inventories.
- Perform quality assurance of Work Order (WO) information prior to shipping of repaired equipment.
- Perform general heavy lifting and movement of equipment.
- Be certified to operate a forklift.
- Adhere to safety and security processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years’ experience working in a warehouse facility and with electronic equipment (A combination of education and experience may be substituted).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain a CBP background investigation.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening.
- Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level.
- Maximo knowledge a plus.
