Position:
Warehouse II – Warehouse Labor & Back‑up Delivery Driver – Pay: $19.00 per hour. The primary focus is the movement of products within the warehouse, including inventory checks and order fulfillment. The role also provides backup delivery driving for non‑CDL trucks.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as handling and preparation of paperwork and daily warehouse closing.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products, notify management of shortages, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Compile and submit reports on damaged, outdated stock, over/under shipments, returns to vendor, and segregate defective product.
- Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage product for loading.
- Organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment to maintain space for overflow.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, lifting products up to approximately 50 pounds and handling tires larger than 50 pounds with team lifting.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and maintain an operator license if required.
- Perform periodic facility maintenance and custodial tasks such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock, floors, bathrooms, and assisting in daily closing.

- High School diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of policy & procedures, storage, and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds and handle heavy tires as described.
- Occasional standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; handle tires heavier than 50 pounds with team lifting.
- Requires good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus). Exposure to weather conditions when working outdoors.
- Moderate noise level typical of warehouse environment.
- May need to travel approximately 5% of the time.
