Election Warehouse Worker

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Election Warehouse Worker to join our team supporting governmental agencies. This position plays a crucial role in the preparation and management of materials and equipment essential for the smooth operation of elections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all election supplies are accurately prepared, maintained, and distributed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and pack election materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of election assets.
• Perform routine maintenance and functionality tests on voting machines and equipment.
• Load and unload election equipment and supplies from transportation vehicles.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment required for elections.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and storage protocols for sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with election officials to confirm delivery schedules and material needs.
