Job Summary
As a member of the Cirrus Jet Stream team, the Jet Stream Associate will support the Jet Stream Account Managers in executing Jet Stream program renewals – a comprehensive jet‑ownership program that streamlines predictable ownership costs. The Associate will provide prompt, professional customer service, handle after‑market subscription renewals and general inquiries (Wi‑Fi, TAP Blue, Sirius XM Audio & Weather, Jeppesen, Garmin Connect), monitor subscription usage, complete renewals, finalize transactions, and continuously improve related processes such as contract preparation, invoice processing, mass communications, subscription troubleshooting, and project management.

- 1+ years of customer service, marketing, sales, and/or hospitality experience (aviation experience preferred)
- 0‑2 years experience in a self‑motivated role working within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Ability to plan, design, execute, and supervise processes including project management, Wi‑Fi renewals, contract management, scheduling service, part relay, and inter‑departmental collaboration
- Ability to explain tasks when cross‑training to ensure uninterrupted customer service
- Produces high‑quality results through thoroughness and accuracy
- Well‑versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Docu Sign, Sales Force, Mass Communication System (preferably Marketing Cloud)
- Professional demeanor in escalated customer conversations over the phone, email, and in person at events
- Ability to learn highly technical concepts and build product knowledge for detailed sales conversations
