Casting Engineer Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

This role will serve as the corporate expert in all molten metal processes-including casting, melting, and recycling-across the global network of conventional and aluminum-lithium cast houses. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in these areas by benchmarking both internal and external casting operations and staying current with emerging technologies in the market. As the principal troubleshooter, they will address complex problems that cannot be resolved by local resources or that have a system-wide impact on casthouse operations.

Additionally, the role includes responsibility for training and developing both operators and technologists, with the goal of building a lasting legacy of expertise within the casting discipline.
