Full-Time | Day Shift (with off-shift support as needed)
$85K – $100K Base + Bonus + Relocation Available
Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a world-class, highly advanced manufacturing operation to identify an Electrical Engineer ready to step into a role where your work directly impacts production, reliability, and system performance.
This is not a desk-based role.
This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where you'll troubleshoot real systems, improve processes, and grow into a technical leader within a high-performance plant environment.
- Troubleshooting electrical systems, controls, and process issues in live production
- Supporting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
- Developing engineered solutions to recurring equipment problems
- Supporting capital projects, equipment rebuilds, and system improvements
- Partnering with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
- Driving improvements in safety, quality, and production performance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Exposure to PLC systems, controls, or automation
- Strong problem-solving mindset in real-world environments
