Supply Chain Manager

We are a global manufacturing powerhouse supporting mission‑critical industries such as aerospace, automotive and heavy industrial markets. This role brings executive visibility and direct accountability for planning, materials, inventory and performance at our flagship U.S. manufacturing site.

• Lead all supply chain activities – planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow – with full responsibility at the flagship U.S. manufacturing site.
• Collaborate directly with other plants and corporate leadership across North America to ensure alignment, consistency, and results.
• Build, coach and scale a team of approximately 8 direct and 16 indirect reports across planning and materials.
• Translate corporate SOPs and lean initiatives into on‑the‑ground execution.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to customer fulfillment, inventory turns, budget adherence, and process performance.
• Troubleshoot shortages, streamline material flow, and work cross‑functionally to drive problem‑solving at every level.

• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably with multi‑site operations.
• 5+ years in metals or industrial manufacturing (steel, aluminum, copper, etc.).
• B.S. degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of material flow, planning, inventory, and scheduling.
• Operations mindset – ability to drive KPIs from the plant floor, not just from a spreadsheet.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• A proven leader capable of aligning, developing, and executing within a high‑performance team.

• Salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 per year.
• 20–25% annual bonus.
• Retirement options: up to 10% match on 401(k) and other flexible retirement options.
• Limited travel (10–15%).
• Executive visibility – role reports directly to the Plant Manager and is highly visible to the CEO and corporate leadership.
