- Do you have Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Do you have - 10 years of heavy manufacturing experience, ideally in metals + 5 years of supervisor/leadership experience.
The primary focus of this role is to lead safe work practices, implement efficiency gains, and create systemic and sustainable systems for the Production Teams and Ingot Production Supervisors in order to meet all key business objectives.
This entails safely producing the short-term plan, making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementations of operational policies and procedures for future growth. This position reports directly to the Ingot Area Manager.
Qualifications:- High school diploma/GED and 10+ years in manufacturing, or a bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with furnaces or molten metal processes.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Excellence methodologies.
