Automatic Press Operator

The Automatic Press Operator is the quarterback of the job. You set the pace and ensure each job is set up for success. If you know your way around an M&R press, we want to talk. GoTeez is a high-volume licensed screen printing company and we need an experienced press operator who can run clean prints, set up multi-color jobs, and keep production moving without sacrificing quality.

This isn’t a job where you punch in and check out. We take pride in what comes off our press, and we need someone who does too.

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
• Manage multi-color registrations and ensure print accuracy
• Perform screen changes, color matching, and press adjustments as needed
• Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
• Train and support Press Assistants on proper technique
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform basic maintenance
• Communicate production progress and flag any delays

• Proven experience operating an automatic screen printing press
• Strong understanding of screen printing processes, inks, and mesh counts
• Ability to read and follow job specs and production orders
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines
• Team player who leads by example on the floor
