Position: CNA Position Available - Guarenteed Overtime Pay!
About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a group home setting supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities . Staff are present 24/7 to ensure safety and support, but this is not a high-acuity environment. Your primary focus will be assisting residents with everyday living tasks and promoting independence in a comfortable, home-like setting.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed overtime pay through a 36/48 track schedule (alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours)
• Competitive pay: $19/hour
• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend off
• Low patient ratio: 1:3 caregiver-to-patient
• Always staffed with an LPN or RN for clinical support

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Encourage independence and support residents in achieving personal goals
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and positive environment

Requirements

• Active CNA license (required)
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with IDD
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow the 36/48 track schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
