What You Will Do

As a Shift Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. Your responsibilities include:

* Excelling in all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep.

* Overseeing shifts, including opening and closing the store.

* Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.

* Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.

* Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members on operational tasks.

* Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

* Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.

What You Bring to the Table

* Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred

* Previous experience in the restaurant industry.

* Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Adaptability in various situations.

* Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
