Retail Shift Lead

KARM Stores seeks a full-time Retail Shift Lead to support daily operations in a Christ-centered thrift environment. The Shift Lead assists the Store Manager by overseeing team members during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient cash handling, and smooth opening/closing procedures. Responsibilities include leading floor coverage, organizing donations and merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and modeling KARM's mission of serving people experiencing homelessness.
