• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customers’ needs.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs to earn bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. Participation is a condition of employment and includes engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

• Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location and live within 30 minutes of the home store.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Requirement to stand for long periods to provide customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow instructions to completion.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure.
