Aircraft Cabin & Facilities Agent - TYS Airport

Part Time position. Exempt or Non-Exempt:
Non-Exempt. Shifts include A.M. shift, Overnight shift, P.M. shift. Days of the week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Shift Start Time: A.M. shift, Overnight shift, P.M. shift.

• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Help prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.
• Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, shampooing, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, restrooms, dust areas and empty trashcans.
• Prepare requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
• Prepare cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance with chemical specifications.
• Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area. Use power tools/equipment to clean facility.
• Load supplies into vehicle and return unused supplies to designated area.
• Check inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government  social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
