Ambulance Operator (Driver)

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Full‑time opportunity.

We’re hiring Ambulance Operators to respond to emergency and/or non‑emergency requests, delivering high‑quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

• Respond to operation and dispatch requests, using tools, maps, and addresses to efficiently transport customers to and from facilities in a timely manner.
• Clearly document trip information, details, and adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle environment for patients, complete the regular mechanical checklist at the start of shifts, and report any vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager as needed.
• Use appropriate communication methods including standard radio transmission codes to effectively respond and route patients, complying with the company’s information security standards.
• Operate transportation equipment including stretcher, hydraulic lift, wheelchair; use protective personal equipment and manage disposal of supplies as necessary.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel, fellow drivers, and operations team.

• State Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR card (Preferred).
• Driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
