Warehouse Selector - Night Shift

US Foods is a leading food distributor. This role focuses on safely selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, and delivering products to the correct dock area.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Verify correct product selection and ensure damage‑free items.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Assist in clearing aisles of debris, emptying pallets from slots, and returning pallet jacks to charging area.

• English language proficiency for training, communication, and safety instructions.
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience in high‑endurance or physical roles (e.g., lifting/transferring, construction).
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from −5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs and move 1,000+ cases per shift.

Base rate: $22.66–$27.66 per hour. Overtime, incentive compensation, and freezer premium may apply. Benefits include health insurance, pre‑tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short‑term and long‑term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
